The four sides of the reliquary are adorned by oval medals with the Holy Forty Martyrs of Sebasteia (ten on each side and medal), niello.
Iconography-Other: 
On the main part of the reliquary, on either side of the relics of the Martyrs the patron saints of the Monastery of Xiropotamou Pavlos Xiropotaminos and Pulcheria.
Aniconic Decoration: 
Schematic floral - flower decoration all over the surfaces of the reliquary.
