Description: 
Scimitar (sword without sheath). belonged to Stelios Haitas ( had been honoured with a medal by king Otto of Greece). Found in Ravdouhou/ Ravda cell. Long curved blade with a gold engraved decoration (arabesque of islamic art) and arabic writing. The grip is made of deer horn and ends to a two lobed hilt. The two parts of the hilt connect to each other by a steel sheet with rich engraved decoration (floral ornamentation)
Usage: 
Used when speed and agility was needed, mostly during attacks and forays, due to its light weight.
